Local decisions

Local Gate reads one token's log-probabilities from your local Ollama model. Nothing leaves the machine for those decisions: the situation text, the questions and the answers stay in your local Ollama model and in a log file on your disk. The judge labels pending decisions using the claude and codex CLIs when both agree; use of those CLIs is separate from local inference.

Purchase and activation data

The purchase and licensing flow handles your email, payment through Stripe, your license key, a machine hash on activation and on the weekly license check, and server logs at Cloudflare. The license check sends only the key and the machine hash, never your decisions or their text. A copy that cannot reach the service keeps working for 14 days after its last successful check; an unlicensed copy runs for 7 days. I use this data to provide the purchase, license and activation service. This site does not store your license key in browser storage.

Service providers

The website loads Archivo from Google Fonts, so your browser requests font resources from Google's font servers.

No analytics. No cookies.

I use no analytics and set no cookies on this site. Stripe Checkout is a separate payment service with its own privacy practices.
