Terms of purchase and use.

I sell Local Gate through Noumenon, operating from Florida, United States (the seller). Contact: the contact form on noumenon-ai.com.

Your license

For 19 USD paid once, I grant a single-purchaser license to use Local Gate, with lifetime updates. You may use it in your own programs. You may not redistribute the software or your license key, resell it, sublicense it, or share the purchase as a license for other purchasers.

Payment and delivery

Stripe handles payment. After checkout, claim your license key, download the tarball and activate Local Gate. You need Python 3.11+, Ollama and one 7B model, about 5 GB.

7-day technical refund

7-day technical refund: if Local Gate does not run on your machine and I cannot get it running within 7 days of purchase, I refund the full price and revoke the key. Request it through the contact form on noumenon-ai.com with enough purchase information to identify your payment and a description of what failed. Because the product is source code delivered immediately, no refund is offered for a change of mind. A refunded license ends at once and its key is revoked. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Model output and warranty

Local Gate is supplied AS IS, without warranties to the extent allowed by applicable law. Its decisions and confidence scores can be wrong. My published calibration and timing measurements describe the stated model and machine; they do not guarantee your results.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the seller's total liability arising from Local Gate or these terms is capped at the price you paid for Local Gate. This cap does not exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, United States, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you.
